This position implies an expansion of the current staff, and will have further career growth and participation in the development of new products.

Role description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using languages such as PHP.

• Implement and optimize business logic, ensuring efficient data processing and application workflows.

• Design and maintain relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), ensuring efficient data retrieval, storage, and optimization.

• Perform database migration, backup, and recovery operations as needed.

• Write optimized database queries to improve performance and handle large-scale data.

• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and web services that drive the communication between front-end and back-end systems.

• Ensure the proper integration of third-party APIs and services into the application.

• Provide well-documented APIs to facilitate seamless collaboration with front-end and mobile developers..

• Conduct regular code reviews and security audits to maintain the integrity of the system.

• Write unit tests, integration tests, and perform debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any back-end issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks during development and post-production.

• Continuously improve existing back-end systems, adapting them to new requirements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (front-end developers, designers, product managers) to build end-to-end solutions.

• Provide technical insights and suggest improvements during product development discussions.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of back-end services, APIs, and systems architecture.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in backend development

• Tech stack: PHP / Laravel 10+, Node JS, MySQL / MariaDB

• Experience with Eloquent and pure SQL queries, relations, subqueries

• Documenting API requests in Swagger

• Ability to work with Docker containers

• Working with GitHub and Bitbucket

• Working in the Jira task manager

• Russian and English languages
